The mother should always practice some steps with her toddler to encourage him to speak and learn a lot of simple words, and these steps include:

You have to speak to your toddler from his birth as someone distinguishes for example tell him to him a few words, Do you want  milk? do you feel sleepy? And start teach him some of the things that surround him.and if the the child does not respond to any of the mother's dialogue,, but that this will strengthen his character and make him palatable to hear the words and understand it gradually until it look familiar to him and gradually understand it.

at spare time You can talk with your child about a lot of things such as weather or to tell him about his father  he was abroad and works and spends most of the time outside the home, and other things,and you'll notice that your child listens to you well eagerly, and this makes him realize that there is a language for dialogue and speech, and with the passage of time, you'll notice that it wants to talk and tradition and that came his words simple and comprehensible

speak to your  child about the things that are around him tell him this is the refrigerator, and this is a bed and this is milk  and this is tv and repeat the word  and with time the toddler will remember it and repeat it and  if your child made a mistake in Pronunciation try to  correct pronunciation and and he will speak very well.
i don't like the idea of abridgement words like (Nana) denote the food (WPA) denote the word papa,your toddler used speak always like that and he wont never know how to say the original words
