Some kids are suffering from  problems of weight and this increase can turn into obesity and caused many diseases .
here we provide  some tips to parents to maintain the health of their children

- Do not deprive your child of sugars in order not eat it  in secretly.
- Enter the low-fat milk after the 5 years
- get used your children to develop healthy habits and eating chocolate , dried fruit and snacks.
- Go with your child to the shop to buy food and health foods to get used to it
-buy snacks to your kids if they want it
-- Choose small pieces of chocolate or sweets
